Payment for services is due at the time of order confirmation unless otherwise agreed upon. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate unless otherwise stated.
XENONMRX LTD aims to provide services within the timeframe agreed upon during the ordering process. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. The Customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is available for service as scheduled. XENONMRX LTD reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed unsafe or not suitable for the requested maintenance or repair.
Customers may cancel their order by contacting us via telephone within 24 hours of placing the order. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of XENONMRX LTD based on the circumstances of the cancellation. In cases where services have already been rendered, no refunds will be issued.
XENONMRX LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the service in question.
All content on our website and marketing materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of XENONMRX LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Customers are not permitted to use any of our content without prior written consent from XENONMRX LTD.
